I learned the love of from-scratch cooking by watching my grandmother. I can still remember her making bread, bagels, and all kinds of homemade meals from simple ingredients. That’s where it all started for me.

Now, I'm doing the same in my own home and with my own boys. My recipes are simple, family-friendly, and made for real life. They’re not intimidating, they’re the kind of food you can actually make at home, even if it takes a little practice.

Every recipe you buy doesn’t just give you something delicious to make, it also helps me support my family and keep creating more. What started as sharing my journey on TikTok has grown into something bigger: a way to inspire others, pay my rent, and build toward my dream of one day opening a bakery.

I believe baking should be joyful, nourishing, and never out of reach. Mistakes are part of the journey and that’s what makes the end result even sweeter.
